Anybody out there have any details on a good keto diet? I know the object is to get the body into a state of ketosis which will increase core body temp (metabolism) and speed up the fat loss process. I also know that you must be very very strict. It involves eating high protein, high fat and very little carbs (similar to the Atkins diet). I also know that once a week involves a carb up day. However, the is more to it and I'm wondering if anybody out there has any experience.
