I know that its good to take a 2:1 ratio of simple carbs to Protien. I'm new to the use of dextrose thouth. I live quite a way from the gym(20 min.) So i bought a niffty little protien shaker. now is it ideal to but both scoops of protien and dex in the same shake. this brand of dextrose is called "creatine express by scitec nutrition" it has 75 grams of dex and 10 of creatin in 2 scoops. Does this even sound like a good brand?![]()
