    Please critique my cutting diet

I'm 27, 6'0", 210lbs, probably around 12-14%bf. Been lifting for around 10 years. I have no clue what bf is but my abs are clearly visible while flexing them. Not flexing them and my stomach is a bit round. My goal is to lose body fat. I would like to get down around 8-10%bf. My initial goal is to lose 10lbs and see how I look at 200. I want to cut up before I start bulking again. I want my diet to be as simple as possible, that way I'll have a better chance of sticking with it longer. I'm eating 6 meals a day now, so that won't be a problem. I'm just eating the wrong things. I'm not gonna get hung up right now on quantities of food. I will be able to fine tune that while on the diet. I am more concerned about what I am eating. Ok, here's the diet. Thanks for any help.

    meal 1 7.30
3 scoops whey protein powder in water (60g)
    1 cup oatmeal

    meal 2 10.15
2 cans of tuna fish with mayo

    meal 3 1.00
    PWO shake
2 scoops whey protein powder water (40g)
4 scoops dextrose in water (80g)

    meal 4 3.30
1/4 lb turkey on whole wheat bread
    with mustard
    can of vegetables

    meal 5 6.30
3 whole eggs 3 egg whites

    meal 6 9.30
3 scoops whey protein powder in water (60g)

    Doing cardio?

Also, I'd check the cutting sticky atop the page for a decent general guide.

Yes I'm doing cardio. 3 days a week for 30 minutes to start out with and I'll modify that as I need to based on my results. I get good weight loss results with a strict diet alone and even better results with cardio. My main concern is to lose as little muscle as possible. I did use parts of the cutting sticky as my basis. Any critique?

I'd cut out the oatmeal in the morning and replace it with some good fats like flax.

Meal 4 should be closer to meal 3, like around 2:00. If not, then you should cut out the carbs. Even keeping them, there are better carbs than bread. Here is where you want to have your oatmeal.

why should meal 4 be closer to 3? is it because of the window of opportunity for carbs to be absorbed after workout?
