i went into vitamin shoppe and saw that 48 hour hollywood miracle diet drink and wondered... would this be a great way to cut some flab if i supplemented 300grams of protein per day for the two days that i drank it? im just wondering what some of the diet guru's opinions would be on this... if id just ending up losing way more muscle than desired
(oh yeah, 30-45min of fat burning cardio each day, at 65%max heart rate)
