    what's the formula for calories?

    Newb question, I can't remember it from high school. What's the mathmatical formula for calories? (Protein x X, Carbs x Y, Fat x Z)? Thanks.

    proteint=4 calories carbs=4 calories and fat= 9 calories. hope this is what you are looking for
