What is this, skip to my Lou N sh*t?

    I can't imagine myself, a 260 lb. bb'er skipping around,

I can hear all the jokes now.

Seriously though, aside from it looking entirely hilarious, I doubt you'd be able to do this and remain in your fat burning zone. Why not utilize a treadmill with an incline and power-walk and move the arms?

... uhhh swole, he means skipping on a skipping rope, not skipping to grade school

plenty of boxers/fighters skip all the time, it helps footwork & coordination (you obviously know that if youve been doing that)

as far as i know, cardio before eating is the best idea (ie first thing in the morning)

I was under the impression he meant SKIPPING, as he said SKIPPING.

Skipping sounds nothing like JUMPING ROPE to me.

In any event, NEITHER activity is good for fat loss cardio, no.

What is the best fat loss cardio without burning any, or as little muscle as possible? Bike? walking?
