Im about to be on a pretty heavy cycle and i would like to get the most growth possible. This is the diet i have come up with. Any suggestions, substitutions would be great!!Thnx!!! yea and i changed my diet up from before to minimize fat gain.
(7:30) Meal 1: 5 eggs(3 eggs, 2 egg whites),
¾ cup oatmeal
1 scoop whey in milk
1.5 tbsp flax oil
(9:30) Meal 2: 1 chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
(11:50) Meal 3: 1.5 chicken breast
Bagel
Milk
(1:50) Meal 4: 1 can tuna 1 pbj sandwich
(4:00) Meal 5: 1 can tuna 1 cup brown rice
(6:00) Meal 6: 1 chicken breast
Bagel
(7:15) Prewkt: 1 scoop whey in milk
1.5 tbsp fax oil
(10:00) Poswkt: 1.5 chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
2 tbsp peanut butter
(11:15) prebed: 2 scoops whey in milk
1.5 tbsp flax oil
this equals out to be like 440 grams of protein.
I dont know how many carbs, fats, or calories.can someone help me out with those?
