my diets have all flunked and i know why...its because i don't know what im doing...well don't know how to formulate one properly...

can someone possibily whip me up a diet with a play by play? i feel bad asking but i seriously need someone to like walk me thru making a diet cause im at my wits end here. im looking to maintain muscle and just cut the fat off before i go bulking again....i know how to bulklol
