    "Cutting Sticky" Cycling Carbs Question

I noticed the "cutting sticky" has a person eating about 2200 calories a day on workout days. But on the days where you don't work out, there is no pwo shake, so no 100g carbs or additional 50g protein. This brings the calories down to about 1600. Is this right, or should the calories be made up some other way? Thanks.
