no thats not right, 138 grams of chicken boob is 42-43 grams of protein, and about 4 grams of fat
dcb
But how go I get that equation in order to know how many grams of protein are going in?
equation? Just look at the nutrition info on the back of the package and estimate. Also, remember that the info on th eback of meats is usually for raw, and not cooked. They are lighter cooked.
or go to the USDA website and DL there database, then you have it in grams,oz, cups, w/e you need
yeah... cook 'em up and then weigh them. if you can switch between ounces and grams then 7 ounces cooked is 58g protein and 5 grams of fat according to my knowledgem, I could be wrong tho.
