Check out my bulking cycle.
Im wanting to bulk with this diet. Im wanting for the gains to be lean. Thats part of the reason for all the shakes.. So does anyone have any suggestions?

Some of my goal is to keep BF below 15%. Or I would prefer that it stay the same ( about 11%)so when I do my cutting cycle I can start at a lower weight. But have a little more bulk when I do that.
