help my cutting diet
My stats are 215LBS - 5'11" - 29% bodyfat (estimate). I'm trying to cut and i have two diets one for AM cardio day and another for weight training day.. the only difference on cardio day is that i dont have the PWO shake. Looking at my diet all typed out im starting to think too many carbs, what do you think?
meal 1:
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2:
1 can of tuna
2 slices whole wheat
PWO SHAKE
40g protein
80g dextrose
meal 3:
chicken breast or fish
sweet potato
green vegatables (does veggies or salad have carbs?)
meal 4:
1 scoop Optimum
2 tbl spoons natural peanut butter
meal 5:
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
almonds

Obviously there are better written outlines and diet books out there, but guess what, this information is being provided to you for FREE, and it is **** good information geared directly towards those interested in keeping their lean mass while dieting. Most fad diets out there or just diet books in general provide diet information with no regards to lean mass. Alright I'm done, just read it

alright im going to compose it exactly like that sticky and ill repost the diet as long as nobody gets upset about it. i actualy appreciate people posting their cutting diets because i get to see real foods an it gets people talking.. instead of just reading that sticky which says -- meal 3: PRO/FAT
