I was bored the other day and decided to get really specific on my cals, fat, protein and carbs. So I wrote down every meal and every macro I was taking in and added them up. I am trying to bulk so how does 4403-Cals, 453-Pro, 277-Carbs, 120-fat. Do I have too much of anything or not enough of something? Just curious. Here is my diet if interested. 5'10 195lbs 26yoa
