Just curious why a person would favor a Pro/Carb meal as the first meal after cardio, rather than a Pro/fat meal?
Are there any benefits or advantages in doing this when cutting?
I am just trying to understand why one type of meal pro/fat or pro/carb would be preferred over the other when cutting?
Or as long as you wait 30-60mins after cardio, does it even matter?
