My family just brought me some. Got steaks, deer burger, deer sausage.
What do i think about it? Its great and is very lean.
I have had a few steaks for lunch recently but am not going crazy, its gotta last me.
my sister and her fiance' actually got a fawn and ended up with 50lbs of different cuts of meat.....even the ground up stuff is something like 95% fat free and loaded with protein...cant beat that. the fattest section of venision is still as lean as chicken breast (other cuts are even leaner than that)
i love the steaks. . . makes me wanna go kill bambi right now

I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!Just H A T E it ! ! !
My father is a passionate hunter, so all I ever eat is **** venison! Its a picnic when I eat beef!!!
Why I DO love is lamb meat, I would kill for that stuff!
i eat it once once a while at this one restaurant in toronto, but thats it, rather have some duck
Fooking love it. I got a 6 point this year. just the other night I cooked up some burgers, chops and about 4 steaks for this week. Ihad some sausage an braughtworst(SP?) but I gave it away. Also I have about 5 roast to cook, YUMM!!
I like to let mine marinate in italian dressing or some other kind of marinade.

the steaks, chops and roast are great for all around eating purposes. There is hardly any fat on them.. I actually had a V-steak for lunch today,:
