PRO/CARB I ASSUME BECAUSE OF YOUR WORKOUT? HOW LONG TILL YOU WORKOUT? I WOULD MAKE IT PRO/FAT.

I WOULD USE SALMON OR CHICKEN.

IS THIS BEFORE BED? IF SO, NO FAT COTTAGE CHEESE WOULD WORK HERE.
