    there is a lot of info regarding both empty and non empty cardio....i actually eat before my cardio and havent done it on empty for the last 6 months...this is me though and everyone is different. make sure you didnt drop your cals too much too...this can slow metabolism severly therefore making it even harder to lose fat.

    I'd never eat before cardio if lipolysis is your goal, no.

    If you are doing HIIT for conditioning reasons (VO2 max) that's a different story.

    Per an agreement I have w/A.R. and the system admin (man in charge) I do not display nor discuss any of my customized programs. I take that off of the board.
    Not only that it may give a false impression of what my approaches are, and in the beginning of 2K5 the program changed anyhow, so it's not an accurate representation. No one ever does the "same" thing anyway, as macros and where carbs are placed are decided by me dependent upon the person I am working with. It may be that we need to change things with you as per my new program guidelines.

    Slight midifications made by you? I am guessing the problem lies in your flawed diet approach.

    What kind of cardio are you performing? Target HR?

    Something is'nt right and i am sure 1900 cals is not helping...
