    Creatine in Muscle Milk?

Muscle Milk supposadly has something in it that increaes your bodys own production of creatine. You can check it out here:

Is this true? If it is than if you are taking Muscle Milk is it necessary to still supplement with additional creatine?

It would be great (and also pigs will fly before this happens) if they actually told you how much it increased.

Even IF (big IF) it did, it's so negligible it would make NO difference in your look nor productivity in the gym.

Hey Swole do you recommend using creatine? If so, how much, when, and do you cycle it?

No, I don't recommend creatine at all to anyone. I simply don't like the water retention associated with it even when bulking.

You still dont like it tho they keep coming out with new things like CEE that is supposedly close to no water retention?

    Still doesn't interest me, nah.

I've used products before that claim no water retention, and they were false claims aimed at marketing a product. Most are!
