It depends on what plan you are following bro, and how many meals you have in total over the course of the day. Some people eat 4 times per day, some eat 8, so it varies on how many meals and if they consider it a "meal" or not.

Best bet, count it as a meal. I eat 300g of protein/day/7days/week. Whether or not i have a pwo doesnt detract from the fact that i need to get 300g. Its basically the same with my carbs, due to the fact that im bulking, although the type of carbohydrate is obviously different. I eat 7 meals a day. 5 days of the week i'll have a pwo shake, the other two days i replace the pwo with a whole food meal.
