waz up guys i have not posted in a while any way i have a problem my work time has changed and i used to work over night now i work some time from 5am- 2pm and other days from 2- 11pm . Now would it be ok to do my cardio after i get off at 2 pm when i work from 5am to 2pm, because when i work my 2-11 shift i do cardio first thing in the morrening when i wake up so would it be ok to do it after work. I am on a cutting diet. Please help.
