i did two a days for copetition and it sucked big time....definitely stick with once a day
Def once a day. Depending on how your diet is you may start to burn that hard earned muscle you are working to get if you are doing cardio twice/day. Stick with once a day and in the a.m. on an empty stomach if you are looking to maximize fat loss.
