I am cutting and if i continue to take 2 scoops of whey with 80 grams of dextrose that adds up to 560 calories for my pwo shake? is that too much?
also my flax is has 4.5 grams of fat per tablespoon. I usually take flax 2 times daily.. how my tablespoons should i put in a shake to make a good pro/fat meal.
