I have 2 questions concerning diet and creatine:
1) My non training days besides my breakfast, every meal is a pro/fat meal, does creatine benefit you on a low carb diet?
NO NOT NECESARILY, WHEN USED ON A CUTTING DIET ITS TO HELP MAINTAIN STRENGTH AT 5g A DAY.
2) Not really concerning diet but is it necessary to cycle creatine? Could you take it every single day for the rest of your life without health problems or your own natural creatine production shutting down?
NO IT WOULDNT BE WISE TO DO THIS. YOU COULD GO 8 WEEKS ON IT BUT ITS RECOMMENDED TO TAKE BREAKS IN BETWEEN BECAUSE IT CAN BE TOXIC TO YOUR LIVER AFTER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.

Also, it says you should use the VPX PUMP even on non training days but if I'm using the CEX every day could I just use the PUMP only on training days?
