Would a clean bulk really work? As I see it if I eat my regular three meals a day how i normally would (5 eggs, bacon, cheese for breakfast/sandwich for lunch/whatever i find for dinner) along with shakes(maybe isopure), tuna, chicken and some other sources of clean protein as my other 3 meals and snacks would i bulk up or do i need the extra calories of junk food?
by the way i figure to get around 170g of protein per day...
