    CUtting diet question

Fisrt off is this alright for my cutting diet.. this will be my first time actually watching my calorie, pro, fat, carb intake ever ...

im 5'4 173 unsure of body fat never measured. but have a pic...

    7:00 LGlutamine 5G
    7:00 Cardio
    9:00 LGlutamine 5g, protein shake
10:30 1 can Tuna 2 tbs natural peanut butter substitute, chicken, beef
12:30 1 Tuna can 2 tbs natural peanut butter
    2:30 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
    4:30 1 can tuna 2tbs peanut butter
    6:30 PWO Shake w/100g Dex
8:30 PPWO Chicken Breast, 1/2cup Brown Rice

question 1 should i change or substitue anything ?

What about a "cheet day" this is similar to my workout partners diet and he has a cheet day. is that normal ?

    OK!

    7:00 Cardio

    9:00 LGlutamine 5g, protein shake
DROP THE GLUTAMINE AND ADD SOME FLAX TO YOUR SHAKE.

10:30 1 can Tuna 2 tbs natural peanut butter substitute, chicken, beef
ADD 1 TBSP FULL FAT MAYO & AN EFA..PB W/ TUNA? THATS UP TO YOU...

12:30 1 Tuna can 2 tbs natural peanut butter
AGAIN ADD MAYO, DROP THE PB HERE AND ADD ANOTHER EFA SUCH AS OIVE OIL OR ALMONDS.

    2:30 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
WHERE ARE YOUR FATS? I WOULD WAIT AND HAVE NO FAT COTTAGE CHEESE BEFORE BED.

    4:30 1 can tuna 2tbs peanut butter
    ADD MAYO

    6:30 PWO Shake w/100g Dex
ASSUMING THIS IS 2:1 RATIO, YOUR PROTEIN IS 50G? MAYBE BIT HIGH IMO.

8:30 PPWO Chicken Breast, 1/2cup Brown Rice
OK, JUST ADD SOME FIBEROUS GREENS HERE.

I would have a cheat meal personally until you have this diet fine tuned, remember to alternate your EFA's (almonds, flax, olive oil).

I would space those meals out 2.5-3hrs

13 years later, I find my self about to sign up here, and notice I did 13 years ago. I would kick my own ass for asking this question now. haha. I didn't even spell cheat right. I went off course for a few years but have been back training for a couple years now. still 5'4 but 181 lbs. Now I take things a bit more serious, and did my homework. this is a before and after 18 mos. still training hard. I came back here to learn even more, but this post made me laugh.

Incredible transformation. Great reference thread to show people how far a diet can take you with mental discipline and hard work. You look way heavier than 181 lbs because of your height and low bodyfat %
