Hey everyone,
I weigh 155 at 5'4" 10% BF and eat 300g protein 280g carbs 80g fat.At the moment i've stopped putting on weight.I 've also placed my four PRO/CARB
meals at the right times.I want to up my calories to put on weight obviously but as soon as i hit 320g carbs i hold a lot of water ( or fat) around my gut.
So what do you think i should do?By the way i'm bulking naturally.
