alright i'am on a cutting diet right now. takin 200mcg of clen ed. my diet and training consist of.
morning cardio 45min at 60% of max heart rate
meal 1- 6 egg whites
meal 2- chicken breast w/veggies and fruit
meal 3- PWO shake. bout 50g of protien
meal 4- chicken breast and veggies
meal 5- chicken breast and veggies
i usally snack on some of those string cheese things bout 2 a day.
lol, i know that is alot of chicken my job allows me to eat basically whatever i want for free so it is very easy to eat healthy. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! thanx
