Ive noticed that when I eat alot of dairy, I get bloated.
I now prefer skim milk over 1 %. I used to think it tastes too much like water, but now I've acquired a taste for it. Lower fat.
i drink 2% milk or fat free milk with my coffee,so i go through 2cups a day,anyway just count it into your total calories
cals in vs cals out determine fat loss
I always use 1%, skim milk , 2 times per day (with whey protein), and the other time (cause I take 3 times) I use yorgut or water with Myoplex from EAS after workout. Seems to work.
I just read in FLEX last night that if you are trying to keep the fat down you should limit even skim milk to 2-3 cups per day.
i dont no if its tru or not but i heard that dairy products make your skin thicker. dont remember where i got the info
