Workout
Monday-Rest
Tuesday-30 mins of cardio first thing in the morning
Wed-Shoulders and Bi
Thurs-30 mins of cardio first thing in the morning
Friday-30 mins of cardio first thing in the morning
Sat-Chest and Back
Sun-Legs
Diet
Breakfast-2 scoops of Designer protein with 10oz skim milk
Lunch-chicken or steak with rice
snack-protein bar
Dinner-chicken or steak with rice
snack-2 scoops of Designer protein with 10oz skim milk
I try to take at least 160g of protein a day.
My goal is to get a six pack by summer
Any positive feedback would be greatly helpful.

add some efa's maybe flaxseed oil and your good to go

also for your breakfast add a slice of toast with natural peanut butter,you should get close to 2000 calories a day with that diet and with your activity level you should burn lot of fat and get ur six pack

also what about working out your abs?your triceps?your traps? might need to add a couple of those in there, im sure you do work them out but if you dont then add traps with shoulders and add triceps with chest, work back and biceps out together and work chest and triceps out together,work legs and forearms together, and work out shoulders and traps together,thats' a perfect five day split,and still do your cardio first thing in the morning
