opinions on my cutting....
hey guys, been trying to cut for about 4 weeks now, and makin good progress. I was just lookin for some input on my meals, supps, cardio, weights, etc. Whatever you guys think will help!!
heres my usual day:
6am: 45 mins cardio either walk on incline at quick pace, or elliptical
7am: 2c natural oatmeal, protien scoop, glass of milk
9am: protien bar, fat free yogart
11am: tuna sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread...tuna is mixed in mustard, apple with skin
2pm: fat free yogart, handfull of almonds
3pm: workout
5pm: post workout shake with glutamine
5:30pm: 1 or 2 chicken breats, mixed salad with fat free italian dressing
or
4 eggs and a baked potato
- if i get hungry around 9pm, i will have a can of tuna in mustand, no bread, and a protien shake
- for supps, i just finished 120mcg of clen ED for 2 weeks, and now im taking an ECA stack 2 times daily, at breaky and at lunch or mid-afternoon.
- throughout the day i normally put back about 4 liters of water
- training split:
sunday: bis/hams/calves
monday: chest
tuesday: off
wed: quads/calves
thur: back/tri
fri: shoulder/traps
sat: off
-training intensity is heavy heavy!! rep range 10-6
- abs basically every training day or at least 5 times a week
- after im done 2 weeks of this ECA, i will be back on clen for another 2 weeks but doin it 2 days on 2 days off at 120mcg daily
GOALS: to loose the little bit of fat in the lower abs to get the full 6 pack out
keep my lean muscle i have worked hard over the winter to gain
STATS: 5'8, 180.2lbs (on monday morning empty stomach), been trainig almost 2 years, 18 years old, one cyc of M1t in the past sept.
any input/opinions on any of this would be very helpful, thanks a lot guys! this is a great site for info on anything and everything. U guys have helped me out a lot to date!

i would shoot for more protein, a couple of your meals it looks like you're getting no more than 20g if that(yogurt...) 1.5g-2g per lbs of bodyweight

also, whats with the 2days on 2 days off with the clen ??? and i would say at most abs 3x per week! abs are still a muscle and need time to recover just the same as other muscle!

hey guys, just curious...since money is tight...is there any food that i can supplement in after a workout to take place of the dextrose and maltodextrin?

there is a thread that tells how to use the clen w/ benadryl that makes a lot of sense, you should find it, no more cycling it 2 week on 2 off anymore bro'

tru that swole!....while back...i ran some, did have much in check with regards to deit...needless to say, it was a waste of money...oh well...Live and Learn eh!....
i went out and got some dextrose...1.5kg bag...for C$2.75....pretty good deal i thought....should i be putting in a teaspoon..or...how much in PWO?Last edited by ya_man; 03-13-2005 at 10:46 AM. Reason: spelling error

k guys, re-vamped my diet....try to follow the cutting sticky as much as possible.....today was the first day back on the diet....heres my day so far
9am - 40mins med intensity cardio
10am - 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 c oatmeal with whey protien
12am - 2 tablespoons natural PB and 2 cans of tuna in mustard
1230 - bis and hams and abs
PWO - whey protein with dextrose
2:30 - chicken breast and 1 c oatmeal with whey protien
5:30 - whey shake with glutamine, handfull of almonds
right now my supps are some trib, milk thistle, EFA's pills
....any input is greatly appreciated guys! thanks!

less shakes more real protein. You have NO veggies. You need lots of low starch veggies ie. brockoli, zucchini, romaine lettuce. You need more meals. No flax? Flax is a must. You need to figure out all your %'s too for protein, fat, and carbs. 40p/40c/20f, is something to shoot for. That diet needs serious work.
