i only have a 40 gram protien shake when i first wake up. after my jog it's steak and eggs tho...

I have a double stack of pancakes , some sausages, toast, half a protien shake, glass of milk, glass of OJ and 7 or 8 eggs scrambled. Thats my usual meal, but it all depends on what my girlfriend decides to cook me.

I suppose each meal is like that to be consuming 10,000 calories a day.

I eat like this all day long. I have "ten meals" but i really never stop eating in between. If i wasn't on steroids and didn't work out, i would probably be atleast 70% bodyfat and stuck to my couch.

Bro you ever come this way....I won't be here but I'll leave you a note on how to get to Antranic's home of the Super New Yorker. Freash baked french bread...sliced with the sharpest knife.....a home made dress is applyed and on one half of the bread is aged american cheese...on the other thin sliced roast beast, piled high....then tossed into a heater oven for one minute....DING!.......our she comes where homemade pickles are placed on the cheese and coleslaw is piled on the roast beast....Both half join each other and then you have pure heaven! I am so turned on right now. No **** though two of those huge things as well as a couple of pieces Bak-la-va (alright eight or ten) and you'll be full...for an hour or two.
