Hi Guys ,
just a quick question thats troubling me PWO nutrition I usually have the Normal Protein and Carbo drink 50/100 ration , but Im a bit confused about the timing of my mext meal !!the PWOM (my post work out meal ) I usually take this a hour after my PWO drink is this to much to quick or should I count the PWO drink as a meal and then take my PWOM 2-3hours later ,?????????????
