broiled, stewed, baked, boiled or roasted?

when i cook chik or turk i put 10# in a big pan w/ like 1/2 cup water, tinfoil the top and let it cook for about 4.5 hrs.

what is this cookin method? i think its boiled.

when i look on fitday i see no boiled?

if you are trying to figure it out because you wanna know how many cals are in it then dont worry about what fitday has for a description of the cooking method. as long as it basically says no skin and bone and you get a cooked weight.

That method is roasting, but bottom line is..it doesn't matter. As long as the cooking method doesn't add any fat, it won't affect the nutritional content.
