Since I am on my Dieet, my Tummie holds onto most of the stuff i'm eating. Maybe once a day and my tummie seems swollen.
08:00 Oats (300g) plus 2 scoops of whey prot.
11:00 8 eggs whites with 1 big patato
13:00 500g fish with 300g mixed veggies
15:00 prot shake
17:00 500g chicken breast with salads (non oily)
20:00 8 eggs (whites only)
Not to much carbo cause i need to loose a bit of the fatty stuff.
What should I include?
