Im in a cutting diet, and all the time i hear you can´t mix carbs with fat, i do that just fine, all my meals are pro/fat and pro/carb, but if i have a protein meal let´s say 40g of protein and there is like 10g of carbs, and i can´t take those carbs away can i add the fat in that? i think is not that much carbs, but there is carbs, its ok to add the fat? or those 10g of carbs will ruin my pro/fat meal?
