Hey guys I havent posted here in awhile...
Ok well ive done 2 cycles(got awesome results with first deca and test cycle) but then i did a (prop and equi) cycle and gained ALOT of fatSo I am goign to go natural and show that AAS was a mistake when i was 19
... I am 21 years old and i Preach to kids not to do it until your older and have reached your cpacity naturally.... Well I need INPUT on this diet what do u guys think pleas be honest.. i want to LOSE 20 lbs in 2 months....
Breakfast- Protein Shake with milk(2%)
Lunch- Tuna or chicken breat with steamed veggies
Snack-Protein Shake
Dinner- Ground beef or chicken breat and peas or steamed veggi
Snack-Protein shake or 3 eggs....
What do you guys think?
