i drink lemonade while cutting, no sugar, use splenda... don't know if it actually works, but they say its an old modeling trick to help burn fat... i doubt it, but it tastes good while deiting........
(anyone know for sure?)

yea, i put my crystal light lemonade at half strength and i get plenty of water throughout the day due to that.. i just cant stop drinking it.

i know grapefruit juice has stuff in it that helps burn fat, but i think the sugar would cancel it out. I tried that, and got cut, but i think it was cuz i was eating like 1200 cals a day, not cuz the juice.

I like the crystal light peach tea myself. also, the best tasting lemonade out there in my opinion is the isopure strawberry lemonade. 1gram of sugar too.
