    late out of gym...full PWO?

    i dont get out of the gym till around 830-9 (tax season sucks) so should i continue to get my 90g of dex + 45g whey right after or cut the dex down a little. or maybe get rid of my ppwo meal and go straight back to pro/fat meal?? what ya guys think? i should let you know also that im trying to cut up a bit.

    Yep, keep it all as it is, def don't go straight to the pro/fat

    eat carbs according to activity levels.......if you are lifting at night then you need PWO at night.
