I eat wild game fairly often and if I am correct ostrich has 27g of protein per serving. As long as they are lean cuts of meat, I'm sure they will be fine as long as they are all prepared properly because wild game is not regulated by the FDA, due to the fact that it would be impossible to regulate the taking of wild game by hunters.

For sure bro... moose and venison is great....
Venison is a great source of lean protein, it's generally leaner than beef as well...
