hey do you guys know of any good sources of complex carbs that have the nutritional value relatively close to that of oatmeal, but are easy to make and wouldnt take a lot of preperation?

im a college student and dont exactly have the time to be cooking fancy meals all the time and am tryin to find an alternative to just eating oatmeal


maybe brown rice cakes?

anyways if you guys know of anything thats low sugar and low salt id like to know
