I just want to go ahead and thank guys like swolecat, slizzut, marijuanaman(or how ever you speel it) and all the other bros in here for there help. IT helps so much to be able to come here and get answers to any question that i have. i've learned so much since i started

i have lost over 12 lbs since christmas and my bi's are still at 17 1/2 in. i have gone from a bulky 220 at 5;11 to a ripped 208!!! with no juice just proper diet and a few supps.

You guys are to thank!!! i'm 19 and should be ready for my first comp this summer before i turn 20
