How much fat can I eat at one time (I separate carbs & fats) without gaining too much fat? Obviously nobody will know an exact answer but is there for example an approximate formula that takes into account height and weight? Or is it just trial and error? I'm 6'7" 225 lbs and shoot for 4000 cals a day in 7-8 clean meals. I have about 20-22 g fat right now in every pro/fat meal.
