Hey guys, I was at the caf today eating my normal lunch of a chicken breast with a side of broccoli when it dawned on me...I havent cheated this month yet so I thought Id take the oppurtunity and do that....uh oh. So I've been cutting for the past 6 weeks and have done **** good, just a stubborn bit of fat on the love handels and Ill be fine but for the past 2 weeks or so I felt that Ive leveled off so thats the reason I went for the cheat, even though it may have been counterproductive it's done a helluva lot more to my mind so far to make me want to work harder...well anyways here it is, rate it if you feel so:
-21 ravioli squares:
7 beef with tomato sauce
7 breaded with chicken in them
7 normal filled with cheese and smothered with alfredo
-1 bowl of chicken noodles
-Once slice of french bread with cheese, tomato and a plethora of other veggies
-2 chocolate chip cookies with eminems on them
- 1 slice of vanilla cake with frosting and eminems
- half a slice of chocolate cake with choocalte frosting
- half a slice of cheese cake pie
- 1 cup (about 12 oz) of 2% milk
- 1 cup of chocolate 2% milk
I feel like Im about to vomit all over my keyboard....And I was sooo full that I couldent even eat an ice cream cone....man the last time i had one of those was like last year...Oh well...Ill remember this meal for the rest of my cut and by god I cant wait for my bulk!
