I screwed up and couldnt work out in time to get my ppwo meal in today.
ITs my girls birthday and all of us are goin out to eat tonight at wings. How bad will this cheat meal hurt me if i skip ppwo meal and eat this about 2 1/2 hours after pwo pro/dex shake.... i know my insulin levels will be high so i am kinda scared to eat a pro/fat/carb cheat meal!!! should i just be a dick and not eat wit my girl and go ahead and have regular ppwo???
