I bought a 8 oz mako shark steak at the store the other day for $3.00, threw it on the foreman and D@MN it was good!!!
I thought it tastes about as good as salmon... and a hell of a lot better than tuna.

just kidin no the best fish IMO is mahi mahi. Its so good. But shark is some good fish too.

Nah I had to cook it on the foreman... Not sure how you'd cook it in a pan or whatever.

Mate this is staple diet where I come from in Australia. I used to live in Melbourne and we actually have fast food stores that sell fish and chips (fries). The most eaten fish in Melbourne is shark, we call it Flake. It is best grilled with lemon juice on it. It is delicious. Shark steak grilled with a little lemon pepper on top of brown rice is one of my favorites!
