High protein list
anyone have the HIGH PROTIEN LIST? by anychance it has all types of food with protein count ..

I posted a link to the USDA nutrition database. You could search for it. You have to put in a food and get the results back to build a table youself. It really goes into detail as far as breaking down all the amino acids. It doesn't list Biological Value, but you can pick that up out of any magazine.

Actually that was better than what I had in mind but you might want to try this a well, Go to your local bookstore and look up the book the Protien Counter by Annette B. Natow and Jo-Ann Heslin. Good books that I keep handy all the time.
