yes, ive seen the cutting sticky and have printed it out for myself to use as reference. i'm talking actual food, not protein/fat meal.. im saying 2 cans of tuna, handful of almonds.. type of thing if you understand what im saying. basically im trying to get more ideas on what to eat throughout the day
