hey guys, im takin the next couple months to bulk up! im following the "unoffical bulking" sticky. I was just lookin for some input on the meals that i consumed today to see if they were up to par with the suggestions in the sticky
meal one: oatmeal/shake
workout
PWO: banana/shake
meal 2: toast with sugerfree jam
meal 3: 4 tblsp of PB and a chicken boob
meal 4: tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with apple
meal 5: 4 tblsp of PB and a shake
meal 6: some chicken concocksion wrapped in pastry with cheese and pees
any comments on cleaning this baby up or not?
ps: dinner during the week is normally very clean, 2 chicken boobs a salad and a potato.
