Could you give me your opinion on the diet I've been on...trying to cut slowly. I'm 5'10 205lbs. somewhere in the upper teens in BF%. I've been going the all natural route for awhile now...its hard stuff...no T3 and no clen....wanna just do this by diet and cardio....Here it is!
Meal 1: Protein Bar 30 grams protein - 6:30 am
Meal 2: 8 eggs whites and 1 piece of toast - 9:00
Meal 3: 2-3 chicken breasts - 12:00
Meal 4: PWO protein shake:44 grams of whey protein,77 grams of dextrose, and 5 grams of creatine - 4:30 pm
Meal 5:Pork or Chicken with rice or potatoe..butter spray 6 - 7 pm
Meal 6:1 can of tuna with flaxseed oil before I go to bed. 10 pm
Any suggestions to cut 1-2 pounds of fat a week.
