    beefin up your egg whites 4 taste

    hey quick ques will throwin some mushrooms and fat free cheese in my whites hurt me on a cutter

    i usually good wit gettin stuff down its just these whites are getting to me

    I'd use mushrooms and REAL cheese in the egg whites myself.

    I'd actually use a yolk or two AND the cheese, for a fat/pro meal.

    Fat free cheese ain't cheese considering cheese is supposed to be made WITH fat. Fat free cheese is plastic.

    Fat free cheese is gross. I will use it sparingly in fat free meals where the consistency isn't noticeable. The protein in it is whey protein anyway!!!

    Get creative with your eggs bro, there are a million things you can do with them for variety...Sometimes i'll throw in some spicy salsa, lean ham steak pieces, etc. and put it in a whole wheat wrap (gluten free)...Makes a decent breakfast burrito!

    I like to make an egg white omlete with veggies,mushrooms and ground beef.

    so from swoles post a reg. grated cheese really shouldnt do that much harm 4 me on my cutter the only thing is in my 1st meal wit the whites i eat carbs i here the distribution of fats and carbs is not good so maybe i just throw the mush and stop bitchin and get them down tell me whats up
